Article Quote: We need to remember that Sharpton is not the civil-rights leader he claims to be. He lacks credibility. Serious people shouldn’t listen to or court this buffoonish publicity hound. So here’s a refresher course in the History of Sharpton. Recall some proper nouns: Tawana Brawley; Freddy’s Fashion Mart. Keep them in your wallet in case you’re ever tempted to listen to The Rev. Al.

RF23 - Opinion: As most of you know, I am not a proponent of the Al Sharpton or in this case Jesse Jackson. And you can tell I have dropped "Reverend" from their titles, cause they're not. I don't have enough respect to call them "Mister" or "sir" or whatever proper title that they or their supporters deem appropriate. It's just me....But for all the criticism and grand debates about these two bozo's of no significant importance and no electoral votes from black folk to make them representative of all black folk. The writer of the attached article is asking why these two poverty pimps are getting much media love.
It's a good question, but I have a problem with the column. What exactly is the point of the article? We know that these two shakedown artists are no damn good. We know the history of one Al Sharpton and the Tawana Brawley incident and we're aware of all the ugly stuff he's done. What we don't hear much about, is his caught on tape drug deal with undercover five - O. BUT! as I digress, this column isn't sharing any ground breaking news and it probably doesn't warrant post time, but since I don't like the permed one and his now stuttering sidekick out of Chicago...I figure what the hell!
