Plot Thickens: Jena 6 Thugs, Thugs Parents and School District Sued

Well!! it looks like the plot thickens for the Jena 6 Thugs, their parents and the school district. They are being sued by the victim of their latest work of thuggery, Justin Barker's parents have filed a civil lawsuit of course for the beat down their son received from the Jena 6 thugs, and the additional harassment received by the "hustlelateers."

Now lets examine, why the Barkers are suing:

One, the families especially Bell's family received huge amounts of money for what was supposed to be their "legal fund."

Two, the Barkers are witnessesing these same thugs receive star status as victims of an incident they caused.

and Three, lets just say for argument sake, that there is no money and all the funds were used for legal defense, their son was still a victim of an ugly attack, so why not sue the boys/young men, their families and the school district.

I just hope that they prevail and that the truth will come out as to why and what caused Barker to be the victim of a senseless crime, because civil trials are lot more open and based on the fact that this is Louisiana, oh the attorneys get to act a fool in trying to get their point across. Also, I hope that the jury awards punitive damages so the families can't file bankruptcy on the judgment.
